Welcome to the JSCC


The Judea-Samaria Chamber of Commerce (JSCC) was created to promote economic, business, industrial, and commercial development in Judea and Samaria.

It's objectives are:

    1) To support entrepreneurs and existing business enterprises based in Judea and Samaria:

To promote marketing and investment opportunities that exists in Judea and Samaria to companies and investors in Israel and abroad

To assist managers of existing companies in Judea and Samaria initiate contact with marketing and distribution entities in Israel and abroad

To provide public relation services to business enterprises based in Judea and Samaria to promote these companies and their products in the Israeli and foreign business press


    2) The creation of an Investment Fund to invest in companies in Judea and Samaria

    The Judea-Samaria Chamber of Commerce will initiate the establishment of the "Judea-Samaria Investment Fund" (JSIF) to enable investors from Israel and abroad to invest in existing enterprises and new start ups based in Judea and Samaria. The investment fund will invest in any type of new or existing business enterprise if it is based in Judea-Samaria.

    The targeted investment sectors will be:

      Gourmet and organic food companies, boutique wineries

      Retail outlets and distribution of consumer products

      Knowledge-based software start ups, publishing, translation & R&D for Israel high tech

      Tourist attractions and hotels

      Private education institutes

      Transportation services

      Specialized medical centres and senior citizen facilities

      Small industrial enterprises

      Real estate and housing projects.


    3) To establish a network of New Business Incubators (NBI) in Judea and Samaria

    The JSCC will initiate as New Business Incubators (NBI) in yishuvim in Judea and Samaria.

    The NBI will enable entrepreneurs to develop and begin operating their business without any expenses or overhead. The companies in the NBI will receive marketing and business advice from the manager of the NBI and assistance in the marketing of the new product or service. The Chamber of Commerce will also work with the managers of the NBIs to raise capital for the new companies through the Judea-Samaria Investment Fund (JSIF) and other sources of private investment capital in Israel and abroad.


    4) To publish a directory of yishuvim in Judea and Samaria

    The Chamber of Commerce will produce the first ever "Pictorial Directory" of the yishuvim in Judea and Samaria entitled: The Yishuvim of Judea and Samaria.

    The Yishuvim of Judea and Samaria will be a hard-copy business directory published in Hebrew and English. It will include all of their relevant facts and details of each yishuv in Judea-Samaria including business entities, educational and tourist facilities. Each yishuv will be given two pages to present itself to the public and to display pictures of the yishuv and its residents.

    The directory will also contain an index listing with a brief description of all the education, business and tourist entities throughout Judea and Samaria and their contact details.
