Mission Statement
The founding principle of The Judea and Samaria Chamber of Commerce is that the political future of Judea-Samaria depends on the continued growth and prosperity of its economy and commercial markets.
Today, approximately 250,000 Jews make their home in the 120 yishuvim in Judea-Samaria and an additional 200,000 in east Jerusalem. With a population growth rate of 5.5%- Judea-Samaria is already an attractive commercial market for Israeli companies.
In addition, the residents of Judea-Samaria are highly educated and entrepreneurial, and have a higher than average household income. Future economic growth will come not only by an expanding consumer market - but also by the creation of more companies that are based and operate out of Judea-Samaria but also target markets in Israel and abroad.
The role of the The Judea and Samaria Chamber of Commerce is to bring these attractive commercial and investment opportunities to the attention of Israeli companies and investors in Israel and abroad. As more Israeli corporate entities develop closer business and commercial ties to Judea-Samaria- the more integrated Judea-Samaria's economy will be with Israel's national economy. This more than any other factor will ultimately ensure a strong future Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria.
